Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the otso88 website at otso88.cam, including all games, services, features, and content made available therein.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a valid account with otso88 and is permitted to access the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Wallet" means the in-Platform balance held on behalf of a Player, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an otso88 employee;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or otherwise banned from the Platform;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person;
• Your use of the Platform is for recreational purposes and not for any commercial or professional gambling purpose that violates applicable law.

otso88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof when requested may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any associated balance pending investigation.

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming at otso88, you must complete the registration process in full, providing accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. otso88 is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account with otso88. The creation of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. otso88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts immediately, forfeit any balances held in such accounts, and permanently ban the associated Player from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your password with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify otso88 support immediately via live chat at otso88.cam. otso88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, otso88 requires you to complete KYC verification by submitting a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document, which may include a UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or Philippine passport. Additional proof of address or source of funds may be requested where required by applicable regulations. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal requests suspended.

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

otso88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may change over time; refer to the Cashier section of the Platform for current options.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit at otso88 is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though otso88 reserves the right to impose limits on individual players at its discretion, particularly in cases where enhanced due diligence is required under applicable regulations.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 5 to 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank typically process within 1 to 3 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. otso88 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes and shall not be liable for delays arising from third-party payment provider processing times.

4.4 Third-Party Payment Prohibition

You may only deposit and withdraw using payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits received from or withdrawal requests directed to a third party's account will be declined and the associated funds returned. otso88 reserves the right to close accounts and void winnings where third-party payment activity is detected.

4.5 Fees

otso88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, certain payment providers may impose their own fees, which are outside otso88's control. Players are encouraged to check with their payment provider before initiating transactions.

otso88 offers various promotional bonuses to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published at the time of each offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance unless otherwise specified;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus offer terms;
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus not used or wagered through within the specified period will be forfeited automatically;

otso88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material changes that affect their existing bonus balance.

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the otso88 Platform are supplied by certified third-party providers including JILI Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Habanero, Fa Chai, and Asia Gaming, among others. These providers use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. otso88 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence results beyond those determined by the providers' systems.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error that results in an ambiguous or disputed outcome, otso88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the Player's wallet. 6.3 Sports Betting Rules

In cases of event cancellation, postponement, or market suspension, bets will be settled in accordance with standard industry practices for the applicable sport. Live in-play odds are subject to change at any time and all bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of placement confirmation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the otso88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or any game;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Money laundering, fraud, or use of the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account;

8.1 Player Tools

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, otso88 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game;
• Loss of data or unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security;
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers;
• Any reliance placed by you on information or content on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude otso88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use of the Platform and close your account in accordance with these Terms.
